Alcalá neighborhood. Today it is a hotel, surrounded by gardens planted more than 200
years ago, with flowers, coffee plants and banana trees, a blend of colonial and tropical

housed in a 400 year old colonial gem, in the city of Coban, in Guatemala’s Northern
Highlands. There, the Dominican friars built a convent for their order’s nuns. An era
of tranquility and peace is revisted upon crossing Hostal Doņa Victoria’s threshold. |
